Creatures That Do Not Bite: Gentle Beings of the Refuge

 There are no monsters here.

Only presences.
Some float. Others hum. A few may watch you quietly from the canopy.
This bestiary was not made for battles.
It was made for companionship.

đŸĢ§ Lysari

They have no wings, but they float.
Their body changes shape depending on what you feel — golden spirals when calm, smoke when uncertain.
They respond to emotion, not movement.

  • Nature: Emotional shapeshifter

  • Function: Reflects and amplifies nearby feelings

  • Note: Very sensitive. May reveal unspoken thoughts.

đŸŒĢ Murn

It looks like smoke trapped in form.
Wherever it passes, sound softens — birds hush, leaves hold their breath.
It never touches, but its presence eases everything.

  • Nature: Sound-dampening, intangible

  • Function: Balancer of noisy spaces

  • Note: Feeds gently on ambient noise.

🐟 Tikk

A moss-green amphibian with blinking eyes and an impatient bounce.
It sings when magic is near, and wherever it steps, moss begins to bloom.

  • Nature: Reactive creature

  • Function: Stimulates plant growth

  • Note: Startles easily, but sings with delight.

đŸĒ¨ Nomidi

Pebbles with legs, walking in single file.
They communicate through subtle vibrations, mapping the forest as they go.
Their trails are read only by other magical beings.

  • Nature: Collective mineral life

  • Function: Living cartographers

  • Note: Their routes shift with emotion.

🌊 Velante

A translucent creature found in overgrown ruins.
Inside it float leaves that never fall.
It shares memories of the places it protects, but only with those it trusts.

  • Nature: Memory-bearer

  • Function: Guardian of sacred vegetal sites

  • Note: Leaves behind a droplet of light after contact.

This is just the beginning.
The forest holds many more souls — waiting not to be discovered,
but to be seen.
